Textbook Adoption Participation Data for the Cross-College Departments

Column	Description
A	Number of sections in department.
B	Number of sections with legitimate adoptions. The percentage value is the PARTICIPATION RATE. It is the percent of sections with adoptions, calculated (B/A) x 100.
B2	Number of sections without adoptions, but that we think should only have a "no text" adoption. The percentage value is the "FAIR" PARTICIPATION RATE. It is the percent of sections with adoptions or sections that don't require an adoption with texts, calculated ((B + B2)/A) x 100.

The color in the first column corresponds to the PARTICIPATION RATE which is the bold percentage in column B.
